Offerings

What to expect with private yoga therapy sessions

Complimentary consultation:  Contact me to set up a free 15 minute phone call to discuss how we may be able to work together.

Sessions are arranged in blocks of four to establish an effective and efficient daily practice to meet your individual needs.

Initial intake:

Our first meeting together will be a one and a half to two hour session to learn more about your health needs, conditions, goals and our time will include some yoga practice. You will be given an initial daily practice from day one.

Follow-up sessions:

Each follow-up session will be one hour.  We will work together to continue to co-create your practice as it will shift and evolve as you establish this new practice in your routine.  The goal is to have a daily yoga practice that you like, is supportive, effective and sustainable.  Since we are always changing, growing and dealing with life's changes, the daily practice will grow along with you!  You will establish a new set of empowering tools to use and draw upon as you go!

LOCATION:

I am currently offering virtual sessions and classes via Zoom.  However, please reach out to discuss potential options if you are looking for in-person sessions in the San Francisco Bay Area, or in Rio Vista, CA.

RATES*:

$562 for the initial block of four sessions.  This covers the initial longer intake session for $187 and three follow-ups for $125 each.

After the initial four sessions, it will be up to you if you want to continue to meet and how often.  Some students want to meet weekly, others every month or so, as needed.  Each follow-up session is also $125.

If you are a yoga student and you may want to work with me as a mentor along your training journey, the student rate is $108 per session.

(*Sliding scale slots may be available if needed.)

Group Yoga and Meditation Classes

Contact me if you would like to bring small group yoga classes, meditation classes, or yoga therapy functional group classes to your organization.  Rates will vary.

" Yoga has its roots in Indian thought, but its content is universal because it is about the means by which we can make the changes we desire in our lives."
- TKV Desikachar

"For aging folks who need any kind of meaningful engagement, Natalie should be your top choice. As head of Life Enrichment for 60 residents, I’ve worked with Natalie for 2 years through all kinds of COVID-impacted group dynamics. Here’s what I know our residents experience—

You walk into a large room, worried about what any kind of yoga means for you. You hold tightly discomforts about your body or your emotional reality. You are also stressed and fearful because activities challenge you to step into slow change. And you are getting older, less flexible, rigid in your expectations of any new experience. But then you see Natalie, and all that uncertainty evaporates. You immediately feel embraced just by looking at her, hearing her acknowledge you, knowing without question that she hears you and gets you. You have confidence you are totally safe, that others in the room are peers not judgers, and you realize personal growth gives you a warm feeling. You become clear headed that your breath and movement are reliably accessible because Natalie holds that beautiful space for you. You shift and exhale into new areas within yourself. Your stream of thoughts ease. Your worries flip into possibilities. You are growing and changing. And you are not alone—there’s a whole group of people around you. You then realize that everyone’s self esteem and energy is elevating on a shared vibration facilitated by Natalie. You belong here, you deserve this, you need this, and there’s time to check-in w/ Natalie individually after group is over because she wants to understand you more.

I wholeheartedly recommend Natalie for any individual, group or facilitation-needed activity. She is literally a source of light for all of whom she touches."
